On 12th May every year, we celebrate International Nurses Day! Nurses play a very important role at Baywater Healthcare, as they are the friendly & reassuring clinical link between the NHS and the business.
Nurses are often the first point of contact for our patient’s and clinicians; they look to answer all the questions and queries, as well as providing education and support to our patients. Nurses help to maintain a strong working ethos throughout the business by raising clinical awareness for Baywater Healthcare.
Our nurses are the clinical expert who have the patients best interest at heart. Their hard work and dedication is displayed day-in day-out, as we are sure that our patients and clinicians agree! Ultimately, our nurses aim to achieve the Baywater Healthcare business mission “to support the changing NHS while helping patients to maintain their mobility, independence and overall quality of life.”
Should our patients struggle with any of their equipment, or need some advice on how to cope with day to day life, our nurses provide the highest quality of clinical training that ensures the safety of oxygen users, relatives and those who they may encounter.
