Baywater Healthcare recently sponsored the Cheshire Community Foundation 100 Club Christmas Event. Hosted at The Storyhouse in Chester, the evening celebrated the foundation’s incredible work during 2024 and expressed gratitude to those whose generosity enabled the Cheshire Community Foundation team to carry out its incredible work. Attendees also learned about plans for the years ahead in the Cheshire 2030 strategy and enjoyed performances from Live! and Cheshire Dance, who have benefited from Community Foundation funds.
Cheshire Community Foundation raises funds to support hundreds of amazing charities and voluntary groups across Cheshire and Warrington. They connect people and companies who want to make a difference with those most needing help. Through our partnership, we sit on their Crewe fund advisory board to help decide where those funds should be allocated. We recently visited the charities that we have supported so far to check out the fantastic work that they are doing and were amazed by the difference that they are making in local communities.
Baywater Healthcare has supported the Cheshire Community Foundation for five years and has expanded its involvement with community foundations to ten across the UK. All of these foundations make a positive impact on the many local charities that operate across our regions.
Speaking at the event, our CEO, Adam Sullivan, thanked both the Cheshire Community Foundation team and its supporters for their efforts and stated it was a privilege to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them as advocates in our commitment to enhance the lives of the communities in Cheshire and Warrington, which aligns with Baywater’s core philosophy.
We believe in giving back to the community that supports us, and our work with the community foundations is an example of our emphasis on social value and enhancing lives.
