Baywater Healthcare are responsible for the provision of respiratory and healthcare services for patients in the community. Our belief is that no-one should experience abuse of any kind. We have a responsibility to promote the welfare of all people coming into contact with our services, whether directly or indirectly. As an organisation, we are committed to practice in a way that protects all individuals, whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious belief and/or sexual identity.

Baywater Healthcare are committed to working in partnership with patients, their carers and other agencies to promote welfare. We demonstrate this commitment through robust policies and procedures, multi-agency working and the employment of safeguarding leads who are also clinicians.
