Telehealth pilot
Baywater Healthcare is proud to work in partnership with Gloucestershire ICB to develop a bespoke telehealth service to support patients with learning disabilities.
The service initially started as a trial across care homes in Gloucestershire. Our telehealth system was used to collect information about the individual, which was then shared with their Healthcare Professional. Please watch the video below to find out more about the service and the early outcomes it has achieved.
